- Appointments: Services are provided By Appointment Only. You may request appointments through our Site, by phone, or by email.
- Location Safety (Mobile Services): For concierge visits to homes, hotels, or offices, you must provide a safe, sanitary, and private environment for our staff. We reserve the right to terminate a session and leave the premises immediately if our staff feels unsafe or threatened. In such cases, you will be charged the full service fee.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. Services for minors (if offered) require explicit parental consent and the presence of a guardian.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Because we are a mobile concierge service, late cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients.
